Below is just a guideline for pricing of Live Drawing at Events and Illustration. Prices vary depending on issues such as deadline, artists availability at different seasons, number of hours/days booked at events, number of illustrations needed, level of detail in illustration, organization of client, etc. Many fee structures exist that meet many budgets that are not represented below. We pride ourselves on producing only the highest quality work in a timely manner.

Live Event Drawing

We don't charge additional fees for color printing, adding logo to prints and making drawings available for download after the event. All we ask from client is table, two chairs, electricity and if the event is out of town requiring a flight, an HD monitor is recommended to mirror our laptop to so large groups can watch the artist in action.

Names & Faces

Retail rate - $2400 per day plus travel
Two great shows for one great price! Asian Name Painting and Digital Caricatures. Pip & Jeff will entertain the guests at your venue and give out unique keepsakes in just a few minutes. See below for details on shows.

Digital Caricatures - DC Area

Retail rate - $1500 per day plus travel
Rate includes logo customization, free downloads, free 4x6 color printing. Client may provide any HDTV for mirroring (optional)
Fees vary on number of days, time of year, etc. Call or email for specific fees on your event.

Asian Name Painting - DC Area

Retail rate - $1300 per day plus travel

Other Unique Caricature Shows

We also provide caricatures on unique items such as hats, tees, tote bags, and magnets. We draw directly on items with fabric markers so they can be washed.

Illustration

Each illustration is custom, therefore each has its own special requirements. For instance, an intricate group caricature for a financial investment firm can run from $150-$350 per face. However, a simpler family group may run less than half that amount. Below are samples of past illustrations done for clients for guidance.

Full Blown Corporate Group Art

This illustration was full of details and required many revisions so in this example our charge was $350/face.

Mid-Range Corporate Group Art

This illustration is simpler and straight forward without tons of details and less revisions so in this example our charge was $150/face.

Low Range Corporate Art

These are simpler illustrations that are usually used for web sites to represent employees in a company. Each person above would run $75.
